50 States-50 Hotties Illinois

I was actually surprised, Chicago being such a populated city and Illinois has to be a high in population state, but they just did not have any contestants that blew me away. There were plenty of gorgeous woman, but there was none that really said, ok, game over for today.

Virginia Madsen was born September 11, 1961 in Chicago. She has been recently known for her turn in Sideways, which I must admit I thought was a generally overrated movie. But I remember her from way back with the movie Fire with Fire. Ahh the teen years.

We have quite the similar tastes in women. I love Virginia. Cheers Duck-Man!!

"Sideways" definitely not overrated. What are ya talking about? Virginia Madsen is a strong actress and I'm glad she's kept herself in the game over the years. First noticed her in "Dune".

Interesting tour through the states, Sparky!

Texas should make up for what Illinois is lacking!

Cute idea.

Great choice, I have always liked her. Of course I see her and think Candyman. Which freaks me out :P

I think Mrs. Duck should hi-jack your blog and do 50 MALE hotties. :-)

Yesterday the Mrs. and I were at Target and I was browsing through the DVD section while she was doing some bay registry gift shopping (something I can not get excited about).

I noticed Sideways on the shelf and took note of the names on the box and thought to myself how I know the film, liked it okay and even bought a copy, but I don't know this Madsen person at all aside from that. I think Sandra Oh is kinda weird looking.

Anyways, I noticed the comments from other members of the Duck's flock and I have heard of a few others she did. I saw Dune back in the day (even remember it being the first movie I ever tried to go to that was sold out at the theatre). I don't see that I'll be going looking for other movies of hers, but just wanted to share what little thoughts I had.

I think Viginia is one of the most under rated actresses out there. Both for her talent and her natural beauty. Great pick! You do have good taste!

Just remember she's Michael Madsen's sister, y'all, so watch what you say. He's one SCARY dude. Being a lifelong Chicagoan, I'm a little hurt that I'm not a duck objet d'lust, but I'll heal. You passed on Kevin Costner's Maid Marian, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio. She was in Scarface and was nominated for an Oscar as Tom Cruise's main squeeze in The Color of Money. More recently she was in The Perfect Storm. I've met her dad and he's very sweet and enormously proud of her (he started talking to me when we were in line together at Best Buy because he thought I was Kelly, a girl who went to school with Mary Elizabeth; she's married and lives in London now).
