Lost and Found
I thank everyone for there support. We are in the middle of a major project, so taking a day off has to wait until Turkey Day. I did find the BAU number just in case, because there are days I find myself on the verge of a breakdown, I did see my general doctor today. Let us see how this lexapro works.

Glad you called the doctor. Remember, Lexapro (and others) take up to two or more weeks to completely make a difference. In the meantime, take good care of yourself, okay?

Don't know much about drugs but Zoloft did it for me, I am a very mellow person these days, you may not know that from my blog. I can get in a blog fight with my good friends and smile while I am doing it.
Thank you for the followup, I was going to resort to email to find out how you were doing.
Get some sleep and try to get outside for a little bit each day. Exercise and fresh air are free!
Now I want to go check out Sarge's blog, I liked that comment about fighting with a smile.
