Yes, there defense played very well, but they did manage to give up almost 300 yards of passing, and how in the world do you let a guy get open and behind you by 10 yards when you are protecting a 10 point lead. So no, the War Eagles did not do what they had to do last night. I for one would have liked to see what would have happened if they played Utah. And thats another thing about Tommy Tuberville's logic, Utah does not even exist on his radar, yet they too were undefeated!
