A unknown woman snuck behind a voting machine and pulled the tag and pressed the button to close the machine. Closing the machine caused it to be out of service, giving this polling place only 2 machines. The polling place was in West Philadelphia, a heavily afro-american, democratic area. Hmmmmm

Also, the lawsuit in Philly to force a hold on the absentee ballots is very hinky, because it happens to fall in Philadelphia, a bastion of Kerry's support.
