Someone explain a duvet cover?

You are telling me in the age of man on the moon, teflon, and ipods, we can not come up with technology that either makes a duvet cover easier to put onto a down blanket, or even better, down that can actually be washed in the washing machine like all of the other bed things? Lets just say I was so fed up with the thing on Monday night, it was hanging from the bannister at the bottom of the steps!

    okay, duvet 101...

turn the duvet inside-out. stick your arms in and find the two far corners with your hands. grab one in each hand and then grab the corresponding corners of the comforter. give it a good shake (while still gripping the corners) and the duvet should slide down over the comforter bit by bit.

i hope i explained that okay...

and i wash mine in a regular wash without problems.

It was whispered by slaves and abolitionists as they blazed a trail toward freedom.

Yes we can.
